At Miralvexo S.A.S. ("Miralvexo") we process personal data in compliance with Argentina's National Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

1. Data Controller

Miralvexo S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71850432-6, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Of. B, C1043AAZ — Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, registered with the IGJ under No. 8742, Book 12 of SAS, Volume III. Data Protection Officer: privacy@miralvexo.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address) and technical data generated while browsing (masked IP address, device type, language, pages visited).

3. Purposes

We use the data to send you educational materials, measure aggregate site audience, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your information.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent (Section 5 of Law 25.326) and on Miralvexo's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you request removal. Technical logs are stored for a maximum of twelve months.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to privacy@miralvexo.com. You may also file complaints with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 3, CABA).

7. International transfers

We only carry out international transfers to providers located in countries with an adequate level of protection or that offer equivalent guarantees through standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.

8. Changes to this policy

Any update will be published on this page with the new effective date. Previous versions remain available upon request.
